Frequently asked questions

Need help? We've got you covered!

I registered for a live webinar, but can no longer attend live. Will I receive access to the recording?

If you register for a live webinar, but have a schedule conflict, don’t worry. You WILL receive the recording within approximately 2 business days. Please watch for a follow-up email from hello [at] whnacademy.com and/or check your WHNA account (via the login page https://whnacademy.com/login/), which is where your recording and any supporting materials will be (this includes slides, references, handouts, etc.).

How do I access recorded webinars?

To view previously purchased live or recorded webinars, please log in to your account here: https://whnacademy.com/login/

If it is the first time you are accessing our website, please note that your username and a temporary password were emailed to you upon initial registration. Be sure to search your spam/junk folder and add us to your contact list or “whitelist” our email address (hello [at] whnacademy.com) to be sure you receive all communications from us.

What if I do not know or cannot find my password or username?

If you can’t remember your password, please use the “forgot your password” link located on the login page. If in doubt, your username is your email address.

I cannot attend a live webinar, can I submit a question to be covered during the Q&A?

Yes, if you have registered for a live webinar but cannot attend live, we’d be happy to address questions in the Q&A portion of the webinar. All of our webinars are recorded, including the Q&A portion (meaning once the recording is available, which is within 72 hours of the live event, you’ll be able to view the entire webinar including Q&A).

Please submit questions to hello [at] whnacademy.com or via the contact form with a note indicating which webinar you have registered for. We do our best to address as many questions as possible during the Q&A.

Due to the volume of requests we receive, we cannot answer individual questions via email. Thank you for understanding.

Do you offer continuing education credits for Registered Nurses, Midwives or any other healthcare professionals?

At this time we do not provide pre-approved credits for our continuing education programs, however, we include learning objectives and course overviews for all of our courses and many do meet the requirements for continuing education credits for other professions. So while the courses are not pre-approved, we’d encourage you to try to submit for credits for them.

*Note we no longer offer pre-approved CEU’s for Registered Dietitians to read why click here.
